Berg Travel is a trade name of TravoBerg OÜ. TravoBerg OÜ (registry code 16889116), Mäehaldja tee 10, Metsakasti küla, 74019 Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, Estonia. Email: aleksandr@berg.travel · Phone: +372 5346 0010 · Telegram: @BergTravel_bot. Support hours: 09:00–21:00 Tallinn time.
We source and book hotel accommodation at closed member rates. We act as an intermediary: the accommodation contract is concluded between you (the guest) and the hotel. The hotel is responsible for the stay itself and for honouring the rate conditions. We are responsible for booking your stay correctly, for the documents we issue and for support.
The service is a members' club: prices are shown only to signed-in members. You become a member by opening our Telegram bot or by using an invite code. Your invite code and personal link are personal — do not pass them on. We may withdraw access if a code is shared, if the service is misused, or if technical limits are circumvented. You must be at least 18 years old to book.
The price shown in the app is for the entire stay and for the number of rooms selected, including the taxes and fees the hotel charges through our supplier. The hotel may additionally charge a city or tourist tax, resort fee, deposit, parking, meals or other services on the spot — such charges are not part of the amount you pay us. Any currency conversion outside the rate currency is made by your bank. The final price is confirmed on the payment screen; until payment is made the price may change with availability.
Payments are processed by our supplier and payment partner Nuitée Travel (LiteAPI), which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Your bank statement will show Nuitee Travel. Card details are entered in the payment partner's secure form and never reach our servers. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking unless the rate states otherwise.
A booking is confirmed once you have received our confirmation and a voucher carrying the hotel confirmation number. That is the number to quote at reception — the hotel does not know our internal reference. Guest names must match the identity document; the hotel may refuse check-in if they do not. Occasionally a hotel issues its confirmation number with a delay — we then send you an updated voucher separately.
Cancellation conditions belong to the specific rate, are shown before payment and are repeated on the voucher. The free-cancellation date shown in the app, in our emails and on the voucher is the last day on which you can cancel free of charge (we deliberately show it one day ahead of the supplier's deadline so that time-zone differences never cost you a refund). Non-refundable rates are not refundable. You can cancel in the app or through support; refunds are returned to the card used for payment, normally within 5–10 banking days. Changing dates, names or room type is technically a cancellation and a new booking, subject to availability and to the rate conditions.
In case of a no-show or an early departure the hotel normally charges the full price of the stay and no refund is due, unless the hotel decides otherwise.
Requests such as a quiet room, a late arrival or a baby cot are passed to the hotel but are never guaranteed and may be chargeable at the hotel's discretion.
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and entry requirements, and for arranging travel insurance. We do not verify visa requirements and are not liable for refused entry.
We are liable for performing our intermediary service properly. We are not liable for the quality of the hotel's own services, for force majeure (natural events, strikes, air traffic disruption, decisions of authorities) or for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We sell accommodation only; this is not a package holiday within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
Please contact us first: aleksandr@berg.travel or @BergTravel_bot. We reply within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied, as a consumer you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10a, 10142 Tallinn, ttja.ee. For cross-border disputes the European Consumer Centre Estonia can assist. Estonian law applies; unresolved disputes are heard by Harju County Court.
Under Article 16(l) of Directive (EU) 2011/83 (and § 53 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act), accommodation services provided on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation policy of the booked rate applies instead.
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The last update date is shown at the bottom of this page.
